I am very appreciate with all the time Joseph have put in for helping me to find a house. All my time with other associates before I met Joseph. I never seen anyone as must dedicated as much as Joseph. I very great he is my agent.

Only downside was the agent wouldn't lower his percentage. I was a repeat client and will buy again in future, so he'll earn 6% commission 3 times from me. He wasn't present at closing signings.
