Larry is president and CEO of Quality Service Certification, Inc. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana) and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
He began his real estate career in 1972 and during the past four decades has benefited from a remarkable progression of responsibilities and experiences with large and small organizations, as well as independent companies and national franchise organizations.
At mid-career in 1986 Larry started a real estate company on the west coast of Florida and in four years built it to seven offices with 250 sales associates and an 18% market share in the face of formidable competition and a soft real estate market. That company was acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1990 and Larry became president of a merged 24 office Coldwell Banker company with 800 sales associates.
In 1994 he was appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage responsible for 370 company owned offices nation-wide and its 16,000 sales associates and employees.
Later he joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as Executive Vice President responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and products, as well as the overall responsibility for the delivery of services to the network of 1200 franchise offices.
His significant experience and record of success logically led to the founding of Quality Service Certification, Inc., a consulting and resources firm, focusing on the theory, principles, definition and practice of quality service delivery for professional service providers. His clear grasp of business issues, insights, practical solutions, and great sense of humor make him a highly recognized and respected business leader.
